I don't have an access to the routers because I'm sharing routers with others but I want to use two slow wireless internet connections at the same time. How can I do that?

Yaah it is possible..........only in most cases, a single wireless network connection is sufficient for connecting a PC computer to the Internet. However, on occasion you may find a need to use multiple wireless connections at the same time. For example, you may want to use one wireless adapter to connect to the Internet and another one for file sharing or for connecting to a private network.

1 Make sure that all of your wireless network adapters are properly connected to your PC computer. This only applies to users with external wireless adapters.
2 Log in to your computer with an administrative account. Only these accounts can manage network connections.
3 Open the Start menu and click on "Control Panel."
4 Double-click on the "Network Connections" control panel icon. A new window will open with a list of the network adapters currently connected to your computer.
5 Right-click on the icon of the first wireless network adapter you want to use and choose the "Enable" option from the contextual menu.
6 Repeat Step 5 for each additional wireless connections you want to use simultaneously.
7 Double-click on the icons of each of the wireless connections you have enabled and then select a wireless network or other service to join.
