Instructions: Download voice file and play it in express scribe or any other player with food pedal, as well as download transcribed file (text file) and open it in MS office. While playing dictation (voice file), make continuing listening and looking at the subsequent transcribed file (text file). Listen all the file again and again while looking at the related text file.
Try to understand sense in every sentence. Remember headings in every paragraph, review of systems, examination, diseases and drugs; for this purpose you should make different lists or files for new English words, medications, diseases, etc.
