Medical Transcription is the technique of converting dictations (recorded voices) recorded by health professionals into written form. Health care providers, after their daily routines, record their notes for their patients, that recoding called "Dictations" dictated by the health care providers, and they send these dictations to the Medical Transcriptionist (also called Medical Language Specialist), who is a person responsible for transcribing oral dictations into written format. The transcriptionists receive oral dictations and after transcribing in text they send back to the health care providers to make a permanent and uniform medical records. The doctors/health care providers directly pay the Medical Transcriptionists with the help of insurance companies.
